1. About This Website

2. Online Consultation Service

The online consultation service offered through this website is exclusively intended for discussing dogs with cardiac conditions who are being evaluated for surgery. It is not a general veterinary or primary care service.

The service is for informational and advisory purposes only. It does not replace an in-person veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan. Recommendations provided are based solely on the information and materials shared by the client.

3. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

5. Emergencies

This service is not suitable for emergencies. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening situation, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nuno Pereira shall not be liable for any actions taken based on the information provided during a consultation. All advice is given in good faith based on the information available at the time of the consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Nuno Pereira and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
